Just wanted to share this Christmas Day comparison picture. Today, I ate a nice Christmas meal but didn't stuff myself stupid! I also went for my first ever Christmas Morning run! I also have not slept after lunch! Woohoo!!

    Thank you for the inspiration. You look fantastic and it's nice to know that I too will see a difference a year from now when I'm sitting down at Christmas Dinner although, this year, I was very aware of what I was eating and even posted it all here in MFP and was over a little, but not as much as I would have been over a year ago. Next year, I'm hoping to be right on target with the intake. Thanks again. Keep up the great work.:smile:
