Hello all!
I just recently acquired a blender and am intrigued by the green smoothies that people have posted and are talking about! So, I would appreciate it if you kind people would share your delicious recipes with me so that I may consume them and make my tummy happy.
Thanks!

My favourite go-to...
70g spinach
32g whey isolate, decadent chocolate
5g unsweetened cocoa powder
15g natural PB or peanut flour
140g frozen strawberries (1 cup)
70g frozen blueberries
8oz unsweetened almond milk
2-3oz water to blend
Add it all, in that order, to my ninja and blend until smooth. It's nice and thick and makes about 24-26oz total. Very filling and about 340-380cals depending on your fat choices. You can also add additional protein if you like - egg whites, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, etc.
It's my best post-workout treat. Live for it.0
