Pumpkin pie

Instead of pumpkin pie try pumpkin fluff!! So good!!

1 can of 15oz pumpkin
8oz fat free cool whip
1 box fat free/ sugar free instant vanilla pudding
1 cup non fat milk
1 tsp pumpkin spice
Graham crackers

Mix pudding, milk, pumpkin, and spice til smooth, then stir in cool whip

Line one layer of graham cracker on bottom of pan, then pour the mix on top of graham crackers, then put Saran Wrap over it, and it's best refrigerated over night, but at least wait a couple hours before eating

65 calories per square serving..so good!!

It's a weight watchers recipe, I think it's better than pumpkin pie!:-)
