How do I link my Fitbit account with my MyFitnessPal account?

Go to fitbit.com/start and you should see on the page where you can link them.

You should be able to click on the apps tab at the top of the page and then select Fitbit tracker. When you do there should be a blue link under the where to buy button that says connect accounts.0
