Fitness course from home?

I am interested in maybe looking into doing a fitness course i can do from home does anyone know of some great companies that would do this ? Also that are not so expensive.

    Walmart. Supreme 90. It's a rebranded P90X type of workout what only costs $20. It will work as well as any of them if you stick to it and complete the program without skipping workouts. IMO most workout programs will work sufficiently if you STICK to them. You may also be able to find some if the expensive workout vids at the library for free. Good Luck. Hope this helps
