Is anyone aware of any setting on this to account for nursing moms?
Looking forward to getting back into pre-baby shape as soon as possible!

I know the general rule is 500 extra calories a day, but I'm not sure that there is a setting for nursing moms on MFP.0

I added back a 'food' called brestmilk and set it for -20 calories. Usually you burn 20 calories per oz. This way you can figure out what you need to be eating to maintain your milk supply without overdoing it on the calories. Check with your doctor for sure. For me personally I found that I could not lose any weight after a certain point and could not focus on weight loss until after my baby was 9 months and weaned off nursing. But that was my personal journey. Everyone is different! Good luck and enjoy your baby0

Are you exclusively breastfeeding? If so, under food you will find an entry for breastfeeding which you add to your food diary. It will subtract 500 cals from your total meaning you eat 500 cals more. There are smaller entries for when you suppliment with food.
Another way you can do it is manually go in and add more calories to your daily goal so you don't have to go in and add the breastfeeding entry everyday.0
