-165lbs---50 to go! My first post (photos)

My wife (skinnyb*tchbarbie27) has been using this site for awhile and has helped me a lot in my weight loss journey. By august 2009 I was 430 pounds. I was unhappy with my life, my job, my marriage, everything. In January of 2010 my wife sat me down and had to have a little intervention. We were no longer the happily wedded couple we were, we were miserable. We couldn't physically have sex with both of us being so large, my knees hurt, I was just plain unhappy. This is when I decided to change my life. Unfortunatly the damage to our marriage was too much to bear and we decided to seperate for 6 months but I had a lot to change. I started by just portioning my food. I was able to eat pounds of meat in one sitting and decided to do the one plate rule. One plate of food, one large salad, and that was it per meal. My wife and I got back together in September of 2010 and although she was unable to do weight loss on her own I was already down to 330lbs. I was doing basic cardio activities like walking and swimming to lose the 100lbs I did. My weight stayed the same until about July of 2011 when my wife decided to really get healthy. Since then I have dropped down to 265lbs and have started lifting with her. I also have opened my cardio options to even doing zumba classes which guys, are a lot more fun than you think!

My goal weight is 220lbs. I haven't felt this good since high school!
