  • I'm sorry in advance because I make boring wraps. It is super tasty though. I buy those Joseph's bakery breads because they're low carb, low fat, high protein, high fiber and yummy and I put some cucumber slices, lettuce, and alfalfa seeds in it. I'm vegan so sometimes I'll out some almond cheese in there too. It is really good though. If I want a sweet treat I'll put some sugar free strawberry preserves and PB2 on a wrap to make a healthier version of a PB&J.

  • When I go out, I love buffalo ranch chicken wraps so I started making my own with fewer calories. I dice cooked chicken and put it in a bowl with a little bit of greek yogurt, a little bit of shredded cheese, and tomatoes or peppers. Then to the bowl I add a little Frank's hot sauce and a a dash of the hidden valley ranch dry dip mix. I put it on a La Tortilla Factory low-carb tortilla, add lots of spinach and roll it up. I eat them hot, or pack them for lunch and eat them cold- yummy both ways!

Mine are so boring, but I usually have a whole wheat wrap with hummus, feta, and a handful or so of spinach.
