Well, I have been fat for years.
But I ate what I wanted this year, and I still have 2 Christmas gatherings to go...
And you know what? IDGAF0 -

I definitely have gained some weight since Thanksgiving. Probably about 10 lbs. I'm actually quite glad Christmas is over so I can take control of my intake and exercise now. No more excuses!0

I'm losing weight. As always. And eating what I want during the holidays. My body has been very good about getting it out of my system and I'm moving on going back to normal right after! Works out great!0

Had two dinners yesterday!
but for the most part I was very good and made great choices... only reason is im highly allergic to gluten and couldnt stuff my face with all the goodies I WANTED
!
Think I am up 3lbs all together since Thanksgiving not going to beat myself up over it, just getting back on the horse today!0 -
I'm so ready to get back to normal but the food was so damn good!0

I lost weight. Which was a shocker to me. I thought for sure I would've gained some.0

I am retaining a lb or 2 from eating over the past few days, but eating went back to normal yesterday and exercise today so I am starting to feel a bit better again. So glad it's all over now.0

Sigh me!! The whole MONTH was terrible for me!0

I ate over 3000 calories yesterday. lol. mostly in desserts. I feel like it made me fat but I think I'm just bloated. My scale says I'm still about the same weight.0

A couple days of overeating won't destroy any progress- maybe a minor setback that you can fix within the next week. Now if you decided to say screw it and eat one you want from Thanksgiving - Dec 25th (or like many- just wait til January) that is a whole lot of work to get back to where you were before.
No I did not gain- lost. I worked myself hard and will continue to work off the calories before I eat them if I know its going to be a lot. Took years to get to the point where I no longer want to be a new years resolutioner of food/diet.0 -
I'm so bloated and b*tchy today but I loved every single bite in the last 4 days or so. I'm eating super clean today but I would punch someone straight in the next for a piece of that french silk pie that's in my fridge. It was fun but time to move on!0

For once in my life I didn't gain weight
I ate around 2000 yummy calories for Christmas and today, I also managed a few 30 minute workouts. Quite proud of myself for having strong self control (Just usually me and the words self control never go together
) A little NSV for me.
