The only one who eats really late in the day, now its almost 2:00 in the afternoon and i havent eaten a thing yet, which i know is not good especially when someone is trying to lose weight. Now when i go to eat something i wont want to stop..urg..(sounds bad) i need a routine where i eat early in the morning..

I'm horrible at eating breakfast. I either don't wake up in time... or I run out of time. My lunches vary here at work, but for the most part it's at 12. I think I'd be very crabby if I didn't eat anything all day until 2! wow!0

I can go til about 5 or 6 without eating anything..but then once i start i eat everything in site because i waited so long..0

I find that if I eat early in the day I am actually more hungry during the day. I try and hold off. Although some will disagree & say that if you eat early in the day it gets your metabolism going.0

You're def. NOT alone! I haven't eaten all day yet, either. Once I start (regardless of when that actually is), it's hard to stop, so I find it better to just wait. Then, I eat in the evening until I'm full and that's it. I know, it's horrible.0

I am not a big breakfast eater either. Lately I've gotten into the habit of it but I never eat it very early. Breafast is good for me at 10am and then I can eat a snack at around 2 pm because that is all I want. Seems to work for me fairly well. Supper is my favorite meal and I could go all day without eating , but then i would eat way too much for supper and I don't think it would be good for metabolism. That is how I ate before starting MFP and it just didn't do me any good at all.0

Yeah i've heard that too, and i found that i would be hungry too. i want to learn to stop when i feel satisfied.
i know its not good to eat right before bed but thats usually what i do and then i am not active so everything i just ate turns straight to fat..

They say to eat slowly.. give your body time to recognize that you are no longer hungry. But that is hard to do when you've gone all day without eating. Im not a slow eater..i hate for my food to get cold. LOL0 -
lol yeah i seem to scarf my food when i havent eaten all day, then i look down at my plate and go "hey, where did my food go?" haha0

I was reading an article on WebMd.com on the Health and Fitness section that you should set a timer for 20 minutes and try to make your food last until the timer goes off. Says it will help your tummy trick your mind in to thinking you are full.....Worth a shot I guess.0
