Background: I came off Cymbalta 60 mg about 45 days ago and have definitley seen some improvement in my pictures. I am staying off the scale as not to discourage myself. I will use clothes to guage as well as take my measurements.

I am an IT Project Manager, Navy disabled veteran, and mother of three boys.

I hope we can support each other on the next 30 days. Then we will move to the next hair up my sleeve.
