Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred

Is the Jillian Michael's 30 Day shred a good at-home workout? A friend recommended it as I am looking for some new fitness dvds and just wanted to see if anyone else has used it :) or if you have other suggestions!

yes, its good for beginer to advanced. I really feel it in my muscles and its a challenge for me. When i master it - or get sick of it - i will try p90x but not there yet :)

I just finished Level 1 Day 6 of the 30 Day shred and after one week I lost three pounds(took a break before & after christmas:wink: ). I'm 4' 8", SW was 155 and now I'm down to 152. I eat 1200 calories a day using MFP, I hardly ever eat my exercise calories that I earn back, and no liquids but water. I think this has contributed greatly to the weight loss. It is a great program if you want lean muscle and a combined workout of cardio and strength training. Plus it is about 25 minutes which is an added bonus!

Look on youtube....you can see all 3 levels on there for free. I put a shortcut to all three levels on my tool bar. I do them a few times a week because I run or do other cardio....but have seen dramatic changes from it.
