my success story from 205, size 16 to size 4

Hello MFP friends. I have not actually shared my success Story in here officially but I know that there are people out there that can relate to what I have gone through and I wanted them to know that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Here are my before and after pictures. I just turned 40 and am in the best shape of my life but I am always improving!! you can do it!!
