Advice on Family Members

I need some advice on how to approach my mom about her health. I know she is not at her healthiest, and I know it is sometimes hard to stick to a plan working on her feet all day (she works in a hospital). I love her so much and I want her to be around for a long time. She is always putting herself down about her weight, and it makes me upset that she views herself in a critical way. How do I encourage her to be healthier without hurting her feelings?

Maybe next time she complains about her weight you could share with her what you are doing and invte her to join you in some exercise?0

Maybe do a workout together. My mother and I used to do the Wii, its not much but it would be something to start out with and then move up to maybe doing workout videos or classes at a gym or something.0
