I've been on here for about 14 days and I've lost 7 lbs so far. My eating habits have drastically changed since I started and I exercise a lot more.
I believe that my diary settings are public so please take a look and if you have any suggestions on how I can improve what I eat let me know I'm open.

Right off the bat it looks to me like you aren't eating enough. I know the 7lbs is great but you are netting under, and sometimes way under, 1000 calories in a day. That is not sustainable for the long haul. I think what you're going to find is that your weight loss is going to stall because you're body just can't tolerate it. I would suggest adding in more quality foods to get your net calories up a bunch. Especially with the level of burns you are logging!
Good luck.0 -
That's what I've been confused about. There are still things on the site that I'm unsure of and I knew that something was off about what I was eating. Thank you!0

Yeah, I think you are eating pretty decent food. I would suggest kefir and Greek yogurt. Super good for you!! Probiotic food is so important in my opinion. I would up the fruit, and prob veggies as well (I am horrible with veggies, but eat about 4 servings of fruit/day). But, if you like those foods, they are great, nutritionally. And you can use the yogurt, kefir, and fruit in a smoothie to make it easier.0

I'll second what everyone else has said, and I'd also suggest eating a little bit more at breakfast and a little less for dinner.0

I'd say try to stay away from anything fried, if you can. Understandable, there is going to be some unhealthy choices in everyone's diaries, it's part of being human and wanting yummy foods! But if you can replace those with baked foods or veggies or fruit, I think you'll see better results in the long run. I've noticed you always seem to hit at least 1,200 cals a day, which is the bare minimum they say anyone should have a day, but since your target is higher than that, definitely try to be as close to the target cals as possible. Eat your way up to them with healthy foods and you'll lose more weight in the long run!0

Thanks everyone.
More fruit and veggies more at breakfast. Will do!0
