    Hey, I'm in London and would be happy to be friends with any UKers... I am a disaster when it comes to keeping track of food, so any one who is happy to be supportive and helpful, I would love to befriend and I of course will be supportive back...

    I am determined to diet seriously come Jan, so am starting to track in teh hope of getting in the habit
