Almost bikini ready (220 lbs to 165) Success Story

I still have A LOT more work to do, but this is my Progress Photo. I started in August (started Insanity September 19th and currently on Round 2) I eat about 5 times a day and workout 6 days a week. I cannot wait for bikini season!
And, in July, my family and I will be going on a cruise to celebrate my graduation and I plan to be in a bikini all 7 days! I've got 7 months to go! I'll be more than ready for bikini season!

Darn; I wish your arm weren't blocking the view of the abdominal area in the current picture. Mine looks like "before"; I'm longing for a much improved "after".

I will post a picture later of my tummy. I still have some flab, but I'm going to be working hard these next 7 months to flatten it out.0 -

Wow, you are an inspiration to me! I am at your starting weight and we are actually the same height, so this really helps me to visualize my goal! I plan to get down to about 140 as well. Great job and keep it going! Thanks for posting0

There is my front picture... A little shy posting this as you can see that I have A LOT of work to do... Stretch marks are not from a pregnancy... They were from when I was at 220 pounds, I gained the weight so quickly.. I'm hoping they will become more faded as I reach my goal weight.0 -

well, you can't see them in the photo... but they are there :-P Mostly faded, but I need to work on having a firm tummy so they don't show as much.0

Well, I normally eat 5-6 times a day. This includes fruit, veggies, wheat bread/pasta, and lean meats such as chicken or fish. I haven't had any sugary drinks since August. (You don't need them, get your sugars from your fruit!) I've stayed away from all restaurant foods and try not to consume any bad fats (Bad oils, butter, etc.)0 -
