Free Internet Exercise Routines

I keep putting off exercise with different excuses. But one issue is time. I have videos but they are all 45-60 min. and I need something about half that time for strength training. I know I can do the basic push ups, squats, lunges, etc. and some weight training with the equipment I have at home. But I do better with structure or a program to follow. I know some websites offer free exercise programs/routines. Do you use one and what would you recommend?

My coworker showed me this site - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/5_routines_for_women.htm
I've been using it for about a week and it really seems to work. The only issue is that I don't have some of the equipment, so I've been trying to modify the exercised (e.g. dumbbells instead of bar).
I know finding a strength training routine is challenging - I've been having the same issues myself! Good luck!0 -
Check your library for Denise Austin DVDs. You can select what segments/intensity/and add on what you want. Strength, Cardio, Abs, Legs etc.

I recommend this site to everyone so people probably think I work for the site (I do not) but you should check out http://bodyrock.tv
The host on this site posts abbreviated versions of her circuit training routines several times a week. You just write them down, set your timer and go. Most of the exercises are precisely the kind of stuff that you already know--bodyweight exercises like pushups and squats and they use minimal equipment (though she does use some) so you can do them in your own living room. They are usually only about 20 minutes.0 -

Are you sure to typed that website correct? When I type it in, I get this message: "Error establishing a database connection"0 -

Strange. That usually works. Try adding the "www" to the beginning. It normally works without it, but not today for some reason. The site seems a little slow today overall. http://www.bodyrock.tv0 -
Just put bodyrock tv in google search and you will see it. Then click on the website. I believe it is www.bodyrock.tv if that works better for you. It was slow coming up for me though.0

Yeah. The site seems to be partially down right now. Darn it. Be sure to check it out later, though.0

Here are the sites I have in my favorites (I get bored easily! ):
http://www.reachfitness.tv (Has free vdeos and can sign up for paid-for ones--I only use the free ones right now)
http://www.exercisetv.tv/workout-videos/
http://www.women-workout-routines.com/ (home made videos that are pretty good!)
Youtube has lots of free, short (and longer) routines, too.
I use bodyrock also, but others have already given you that one!0 -

Thanks for the suggestions. I get bored easily, too! There is no way I could do the same routine day after day.
Another suggestion is to Google "sparkpeople videos". I've used some of those before. They can be pretty short but you can combine them together easily. I also use Exercisetv.tv and it is full of great ones.0 -
