Hi I know this thread prob has gone through a few times but I haven't seen them and would like some feedback. I want to know a routine exercise and food regime that I can do to get a six pack. I am almost at my goal weight and I can see the six pack forming but I need a boost to get over the hump. Help please Thank you!!! :flowerforyou:

I have just started a journey of getting a six pack my main goal is to get a 8 or 10pack, now thats a challenge. BUT, I just started on a supplement SuperHD, its a fat loss supplement and controls hunger and heats your body up with you workout to burn more calories. Sense ive started i been running , then right after do intense ab workouts . I highly recommend hanging leg raises , start slow with knee raises then move to leg raises. Drink alot of water, water, water. WATCH what you eat. abs can be made in the kitchen0

Jillian Michaels 6 Week 6 Pack if you're in reasonably good shape and you just need a little more work.
Insanity if you're in the mood to have your @ss kicked. Hard. I could do 2 workouts on any of my 6 JM DVDs and never came close to the gasping, soaked mess that I am after any single Insanity workout. Love it.0 -

Very very low carb on diets. Like, <30g a day. Then one day a week you carb binge to replenish glycogen stores.

Six packs are a mark of low body fat %. If you want a six pack, continue to eat at a calorie deficit. There is really no shortcut to it.0

take a barre class. teaches you a TON.

Big fan of Truth About Abs, worked for me, http://getreviewsandratings.com/product/the-truth-about-abs .
You need to stay focused on what you eat, and remember also that six packs are made in the kitchen too! Good luck on your journey ;-)0
