We have daily challenges for motivation and get to be there for each other while we celebrate successes and help pick each other up after rough days!!! I'm thrilled to have you all join us!0

Me too please! I'm motivated and can't wait, so I am starting last Sunday actually to get fit by waling, hiking or biking EVERY DAY for 30 days and beyond. I want to see if the experts are right. Can you really lose wait if you stay motivated, on track every day to do some cardio and weights, you will lose weight and get fit. Bring it on.0
