Question for the ladies-thin forearms, anyone?

I've settled into a weight I am very comfortable with. I'm 5'3" and my weight varies from 127-130. Pretty much the middle of the BMI scale for me. Here's my issue-my wrists and forearms look a little too thin. Granted, this has always been the smallest part of my body but now I look more out of proportion. Anyone else have this issue? I'm trying to add in more weights and a variety of workouts, included ballet, yoga, and Pilates.
Thanks for any input or suggestions!

I'm sorry. All I can think of is an answer that may indeed get me my first strike.
I'm really trying...
But seriously, it works!0 -

Eat spinach. It worked for popeye. Sorry, I don't know other than that.0

Work on your grip to help with the forearms, I've found heavy deadlifts very good for this. When I went heavier, my grip was hopeless at first, but it gets better with time. I don't do any isolating grip work but my forearms have gotten a little bigger and look more in proportion now.
My wrists however are still tiny. It must be incredibly hard to make them bigger? I don't know, I've never tried.0 -
I have the same problem! My 7 year old son has wrists that are almost as big as mine. I was told before to squeeze a tennis ball to help but it doesn't really make them any bigger.0

Do things that challenge your grip, like lunges with dumbbells rather than a barbell, farmer walks, cable exercises.
Your wrists really have little muscles around them so you can grow there but you can grow the muscle near your elbow.0 -
Farmer's carry. Do something light to start with, like 5 gallon water jugs.0
