Hey guys,
Since everyone seems to be sharing on here I thought I'd do it too.
As of yesterday I've Iost 101 pounds since June 1st.
I went from 326 to 225, my goal being 200. I still got a little ways to go, but I think I can reach my goal soon.

how does one lose 100lbs in 6 months????? you would have to drop about 4lbs a week. a man your size would have to take in less than 1400 calories a day to acomplish that type of goal.
How did you do it0
