Zumba Fitness for Wii

Hi! I just did a Zumba class on Zumba Fitness for Wii...my first one! At the end it said I had burned 599 calories, but that seems crazy. Does anyone else use this for exercise? Anyone know how accurate it is?

    How long was it? It sounds way too high...I'm 5'8 177lbs and burn 520 in an hour doing P90X plyometrics as per my heart rate monitor- \I got the Wii zumba for the kids and it is not nearly as tough as the P90x....only about 300 cals for an hour, as per HRM - and around 580 as per Wii......and that is after a full hour of the high intensity classes....
    The Wii guestimates as it doesn't know anything about you.....

    It was a 58 minute medium intensity class. The Wii knows my height (5"5') and weight (199). I don't have a HRM though, I'd like to get one!
