What is it?0

It's a strength training program with 3 phases. It lasts for three months and it's free. It also includes a nutrition plan. I've heard great results as long as you stick to it! Here is the link

I am interested. I have lost 37 pounds this past year. I still need to lose some more weight. But, I need to start concentrating on weights this year besides cardio. I did a little of it this year, but wasn't consistent.0

I'm an old geezer, not much trouble.
I don't want to muscle in if it's just for women.
I'm going to have a crack at the exercise program on the website anyway, it looks pretty tough.
