Hi I've just joined up to MFP and have lost around 1kg in the first week.
MFP is such a great tool to watch how much you are eating and the calories contained in food, thus learning to avoid certain food (as well as coming in under your daily calorie allowance). As well as the importance of maintaining a regular exercise regime.
My family (brother, sister (who has lost 20 kgs previously), mum and myself) are all getting involved with MFP and will be supporting each other along the way to successful weight loss.
It would be great to hear from some guys who have been successful with loosing weight (20kg/44lbs) with pics if possible for a bit of inspiration.
Good luck to all newbies and looser's (successful looser's  ) with continued weight loss for the future.

No pics yet but I have lost about 8.35 stones (117 lbs) this year if that counts. Lots of guys on the board too. Many are into strength training and I highly recommend adding that to your regimen if you have not yet. It is about creating a healthy and fit lifestyle more than losing a few stone. Best wishes on your journey.0

Man here... Haha.
There are lots of guys here, most of them just don't post up much. Do lots of research, build up a friend's list of people you trust/enjoy, and then just stay on it. I'm always on here looking for motivation, and I always find it.
Good luck!0
