This seems interesting. How exactly does it work? I really need to remember to log my eating and exercise here because I'm notoriously bad at that. And I have to lose 40 pounds to even be considered for the Air Force. And I'm a bit ticked about that because (yeah I'm being immature and all but I don't even care right now, I'm annoyed) the recruiter weighed quite a bit more than what she was telling me that I "had" to weigh. And I'm in better shape than a lot of those beginning the basic training are. Even at my most fit, (running at least 5 miles a day at a 10 minute pace or so) I was never able to drop below 170. And I HAVE to be at 155 or less. Arg asdilughakop
