I've been doing this fitness pal thing for over a year but never stick with it. I have a fiance who eats and drinks whatever he pleases and never gains anything! And he doesn't do anything active! But me, I try to watch what I eat, exercise, be active and I feel that no matter what I do I just keep gaining, and gaining, and gaining! Yes after a couple weeks I give up because I see my fiance eating something that I want that is super high in calories like everyday, and it's hard to stay motivated with him around and not wanting to help me lose weight :( Or there is a family gathering, or a work party, or just life...I used to be so thin...so pretty...and I look at myself in the mirror with disgust...also eating healthy is so damn expensive! I don't make a lot of money and can't really afford to be spending 300+ on food a month...please anyone...help me be motivated...help me find foods that are appetite suppressants so I'm not so hungry...just anything...I'm 5'2 150 lbs and I used to be 115 lbs...I just want to be back to that...ahhh... ventilate! lol
