New Year New You -- Make this One Count 2013 Challenge. We will all post a before Picture and weight, and goal, and those not comfortable posting a picture can join just by posting weight or weighloss goal!!! 10 weeks later we will all post an after picture.
The challenge starts Jan 06, 2013 -- Please post before pics a week prior to challenge start date.
I haven't figured out pics yet, but I did weigh myself yesterday - my starting weight is 264.8lbs. I am 14.8lbs away from my short term goal of 250lbs (the goal was 32lbs total). My goal for these 10 weeks is to lose at least 10 of the 14.8 I need to lose.0 -
