Hi

I'm new to the site, (using it anyway) not too sure what to post, :ohwell: I have been lost and demotivated for a while now after undoing all my hard work. But a friend and I are looking to improve our health and fitness, and I'm feeling motivated today, so any advice or tips are welcome, :smile:
