For Christmas I received a (UK) size 16 piece of clothing which is made of satin so has no stretch at all. In January this year I was a size 28.

I looked at it and thought it would be nice to wear it when I get to a comfortable size 16. BUT it fits! and in all the right places. I am slowly beginning to believe the mirror and size labels now! It's hard getting past 30 years of "knowing" nothing would fit me or look good on me.

    You look awesome in the dress and should be so proud of all of the work you have put in to your new lifestyle. You are such a inspiration. It is tough though to change how we view ourselves though once you have had to shop in the larger size departments. Keep up the great work because in no time I bet you will be posting that the 16 no longer fits because you are a size 12.
