Brussel Sprouts. I remember hating them as a kid (thought they smelled like feet), but I tried them again this year and I LOVE THEM now!

Radishes! They are so good in salad, I used to think they were gross! I want to try beets but I am a little nervous still, as a kid they were disgusting.

Mushrooms - couldn't touch them, horrible, slimey, tasteless things.

Now have them all the time as they are a great low cal way to bulk up any meal!!

    Dates!
Right up until about 3 months ago I thought dates were gross.
Mind you it had been maybe 2 years since I'd actually eaten one.
So I tried one at a party.
I am addicted to them now!

I used to be neither here nor there with zucchini. Now it's one of my favourites!

Nothing. My tastes haven't changed. Although I can now eat tomato in a vinaigrette instead of just picking it out. That's an accomplishment for me.
  • Tomatoes! I used to pick them out of every salad but now I eat them all the time :D.
