Hey guys after quite a heavy xmas worth of drinking and eating i need a little bit of motivation to kick start me again, Ive been looking through some old pictures ( last June) and looking at the difference Im 36Lb down on here but all in all Ive lost 50Lb since I started my adventure, Im almost half way to where I want to be.

    I don't know wny the pic does not work, but I copied and pasted the link and it worked. You look great!! That is a huge difference!!!
