Getting back to my routine

Okay so I started my weight loss in October and lost nearly 18lbs . However for the whole of December I've basically gone off exercising and controlling what I eat, and I weighed myself and I gained 1lb. Today my friend came over and I had started the day off with sticking to my limits (for the first time in the month) but I ended up again over eating usually I can limit myself but I can't seem to stick with anything right now. I still have a lot to lose (80lbs), and know I need to do something but my motivation seems to go away during the day.

Argh! I feel your pain! I went on holiday at the end of October & have been off more than on with the whole thing! Xmas has just kicked me while I'm down...... We just have to remember why we started in the 1st place & just do it! I hope you find your motivation soon..... If you do send some my way!
