Need help with boring old chicken...
I have this bag of frozen chicken breast fillets I'm trying to use before I forget about them. The portion size is perfect and I love the convenience, but I've run out of ideas on how to prepare them.
How do you guys cook your chicken? Any special marinades or spice blends that you absolutely love?

I spread honey mustard on them and roll in a mixture of crushed up corn flakes and italian breadcrumbs, sprinkle some Mrs. Dash seasoning on them and bake.0

I use a variety of different marinades.
1. Lemongrass, chilli, garlic, parsley, soy sauce and a little olive oil.
2. Garlic, chilli, lemon juice, little oil.
3. Honey, garlic, soy sauce, little oil
4. Chilli, garlic, little oil.
I do salads or vegetables. A nice salad is spinach, chicken(plain), mango, strawberries. Then a dressing of your choice. I like lemon, garlic, chilli and olive oil. Surprisingly is quite addictive.
I can't get enough chicken though.

You can also cut a slit in them and stuff with some sundried tomato, onion, and a little feta0

I line a baking pan with foil, then place the chicken in and cover with light prego sauce, and season with herbs. Cover pan with foil and cook in oven. It's very yummy.0
