Newbie...needing motivation

Plan on excercising early mornings between 4:30am and 6::00am E.S.T. Looking for others that excercise during that time to help keep me motivated!!!
New on here as well, so checking it out and learning my way around. Hope to meet some new friends.

    Welcome to the early am club!! I was doing well at getting my butt up early (about 5), but have fallen off the wagon. I am going to be starting it again on Monday, and like you would love the support. Feel free to add.
