New Mom needs motivation!

I joined MFP awhile back but never really followed it, but now that I just had my second baby, I am ready to get active again. I have about 8 lbs to lose to get to my pre-pregnancy weight, but I would like to loose about 11 lbs total. Now that I am a mother of 2 and will be returning back to work, I know I am going to need some motivation to stay on track and keep me focused. Looking for some friends who are active and willing to be friends.

    I am SAHM, and can relate!
    It's about smaller changes at a time....and be encouraged by that progress.
    Small changes add up quickly to big ones, and they are WONDERFUL!

  • I just had twins 4 weeks ago, i WISH i only had 9 lbs to lose! lol.. you can do it :).. Just stay motivated.. i know thats hard, but find something to focus on, like a new bikini or some other reward to give yourself at the end. Before i had my first daughter who is now 21 months i lost 90 lbs in 6 months.. i felt GREAT afterwards, but I've gained about 60 lbs in 21 months between my first and second pregnancy.. my goal is to lose 50, since i was down 30 before joining.
