72 lbs. lost!!! Before and After Pics

I started my journey about 8 months ago. I weighed 245 and now weigh 173. When I first started I felt awful. Exercise was the last thing I wanted to do. I wondered why I always felt so bad. Now, I feel so fantastic. I love having the energy to do the things I never thought I could. As of today I have lost 72 lbs!!!!! Don't ever give up on yourself!
