Raw Food & Juicing.

I'm preparing myself for a HUGE change in my lifestyle. I will be eating nothing but Raw foods (veggies, fruits, nuts and berries). Juicing will start after I see my doctor. I'm looking forward to a 10 day fast. I'm wondering if anyone has tried this approach to lose weight and become healthy. I've heard nothing but good things about it.

    As you can see, in the beginning, about a year ago, I was eating meat, dairy, etc... Now I'm 90%+ fully raw vegan.

  • I know this change in lifestyle is going to take time and a lot of effort. I'm in Maine so organic foods are not as easy to come by (year round ) as they are in different area. I plan on becoming vegan.
    Nice recipes on that blog site. I can't wait to learn how to cook all these new meals I've never tried.

  • Good for you. Try having some mono meals as well. Also remember to stay hydrated and eat enough.
