Hi guys.. My name is Zen.. I am have a tough road ahead of me ... i need to loose weight for my children and for myself ... I am a mother of two awesome boys... I am so tired of who i have allowed myself to become ... i need to make a change . I know it is not going to be easy but with help and support i know i can acheive my aggressive goal .. Need friends who can understand the challenges and hurdles .. thanks ...
