So since being snowed in this morning, I decided to peruse Pinterest. Well, I found a nifty little spinach chip recipe. It only required spinach leaves, olive oil, sea salt and pepper. I was super excited since I had all the ingredients...even if the spinach leaves were baby spinach leaves from a bag of salad that expired December 24. Long story short, I made the chips and they were AMAZING!
The only downside is that I had to make four batches to get a lot of chips since the leaves shrink. If anyone is interested, I can send you the recipe.

Oooh the potato sounds yummy! I am a carbaholic, so that may be too much of a trigger for me.
The Spinach chips are crunchy, but they are also really light and fragile so its like a melting sensation in your mouth. Super good and addicting.0 -

i have made lots of stuff i found on pinterest. most of which are junk like cup cakes cake brownies and such that my kids love.
