I am just starting the process but am loving the site, makes it so easy.........it makes you think before you eat as well.........

    I am determined to get this ugly fat off my body for good. This a Lifestyle change. I have heard great things about this site and was recommended by a trainer at the gym I go to. Ready to be a loser in 2013.:happy:
