Just joined. I would like to lose 15-20 pounds. I have put on some holiday weigth and am jiggling in more places than I would like. I'm looking to tone up and just get to a healthy state, of mind and body. I invite you to request me as a friend to collaborate and share healthy techniques and practices about food choices, new workouts, and experiences. I look forward to getting to know you!
