Hey everybody I'm new obviously and I was wondering if there were any other vegetarians (or even vegans) out there that have any great meal plans and ideas that they want to share. I've been a vegetarian for almost 1 year and 7 months but I still have a limited number of recipes so any ideas would be welcome and if you want to friend me please do

    feel free to check my diary, its open. i use recipes from clean eating mag .com and vegetarian times low cal alot.
