I started my weight loss journey in 16's, am in 14's...can;t wait to get back to my 4/5's-if ever possible now...i had a baby, and not sure if my hips spread too much...

Wow.....why are your top tips??

Train hard & for me it was eat some form of chocolate every day so you don't get distracted. (But, fit it into your caloric intake for the day, so it's not a "cheat" per se) Don't force yourself not to eat what you secretly want to. It didn't work for me, I just wanted it even more.
