Quickest program to lose weight?

so im a highschool wrestler and im trying to cut from 148 to 132,and to help aside from practice I was thinking about doing tapout xt or p90x, so my question really is,would lifting weights with cardio or,just all cardio gonna get me there faster? like would lifting weights make it slower? thank you

    Just do the cardio to lose FAT. Running, biking, whatever. Keep lifting weights though, you need them muscles to rastle.

    I think Insanity is pretty fast. It's great cardio. Try it! :)

    Yeah..it wouldn't. You need to try sparkteen (I think that's what it is called). No offense and I wish you the best of luck. I would try doing a workout that has a combo of cardio and weight training.

    I believe it is. It is what most tend to direct for those under 18. I've never been because I'm not a teen so can't really give you the details.
