Heart rate monitors? Which is best?

Hi just chasing some information on HRMs. My primary exercise is swimming and walking. I'd just like some suggestions prior to investing in one.

  In the Polar range, FT4 is the entry level one that you can use in the pool and will give a calorie burn reading at the end of the session.
