SPARTAN RACE!!!

Has anyone ever done any Spartan Races?
I've signed up for one in March and I need to get my strength training on!!
I've just completed the 5k and the race is 7k with 15+ obstacles..
Do you think 2 and a half months is enough time to get in tip top shape?!

  • My son participates in Spartan race's and loves them. Make sure you strengthen your back (especially your lower back), because many of the exercises you will perform have to do with lifting heavy objects, or carrying them up hills. There are a lot of people that help eachother during the race, so you should do fine. Good luck!
