I have always been over "weight" I never really thought about my weight all throught high school . .. I guess from martial arts, sprots and band it never seemed a problem. Well until i wanted to go shoping or had to shop for clothes then it always seemed to aggrivate me but never enough do doing anything until senior year came around and I needed a dress for prom. Well anyways.. this is many many years later and You guessed it .. I still have a weight problem but now Im nearing 300 lbs and well its starting to bother me ...... tremendously. I get out of breath doing the DUMBESS things.. like putting on my boots.. Really? well at the begining on 2012 I had a weight loss plan and I did it and lost 30 lbs by may.. and then... I was out of College for almost 3 months... and guess what... Here came those 30 lbs plus.. So now I sit here the end of 2012 and Dang it ! Im going to get this weight in check and whoop Obeseitys *kitten*.. !

  • Hi Sam,

I just started here too. My top weight has been 240 and I know what you mean by getting out of breath. One thing I noticed is that I hold my breath a lot when I do things. Have you ever noticed that? Don't know why, but maybe you do it too? From what I can tell this is a great site. There are so many tools we can use. I too have lost and gained 30lbs and it's very frustrating. The motivation and time is a factor I think. One day at a time and welcome aboard!
