Hello! Starting a new round of 30DS on 1/1, anyone want to start with me and help hold eachother accountable??? Let me know and I will start a group. I know that it is EXTREMELY hard for me to stay on track and the support would be helpful in my journey!
I am challenging myself to meet my goal weight in the next 12 weeks...

The full length workout is one you tube so you could start before your DVD arrives!! Just search 30 day shred. Befit has it posted, as do a number of others.0

I'm in... My husband recently started getting up EARLY (3:30am) M-Th and I can never fall back to sleep. I might as well use some of that time before the kids get up at 6am to workout.
I slept in on the 1st but I'll being busting it out on the the 2nd. Here we go!!!
