Ladies who started at 200+ pounds!

I need major support! I have some, but mostly from people who are well on their way and almost done. So, I'm looking for people who are battling the same fight as me. I started out at 218 and got down to 198, but gained most back and am back down to 201. Anyone start out similar?

Yep! I'm pretty much in the same boat. My all time high was 225 - lost to 179 about a year and a half ago and then back up to 216 by the end of August. Working my way down again but feel much more determined and positive that I CAN do this. At 189.2 this morning. Great idea for a thread as there are some days I feel like eating a ton of sugar! (I'm on a low carb diet and working with my MD.)0

I started at 248 lbs. I found MFP after losing 20 lbs and am now just below 190 lbs. I do goals of 20 lbs at a time, but really am hoping to reach 160 lbs (I'm a tad below 5'10"). You can add me if you want.... I'm always accepting friends. I log daily. )0

I started at 221 (on 2-14-12), as of 12-24-12 I am (was) 128.4- gained a bit this week because of Christmas and that time of the month.
I walk and run, and eat 1200 calories (and eat most of my exercise calories back).0 -
I'm going to weigh myself for the first time in a while on 1/1/13 but I know I'm around 225. I want to lose 60 lbs. Feel free to add me for some support!!0

I started out at a whopping 260! I've lost 65 pounds since February. I celebrated being in Onederland! I plan on NEVER changing that first number again! I'm a big woman! I am about 10-20 pounds away from goal. Whatever your goal weight is, you can do it too!0

Regardless of where we are at the moment, we are ALL battling the same problem! I have lost 149 pounds But--as you so correctly pointed out-- the continuing battle is to KEEP it off. You are not alone in this struggle. All of us are here to support you and encourage you. Whatever you do today or where ever you are in your journey--forgive yourself for any past mistakes and move forward. you can do it! Good luck0

I feel ya! I am 225 weight keeps creeping upwards and I'm tired all the time, irritable, you name it.....I'm sick and tired and I'm ready for a change. Tired of wearing black clothes cause I don't feel "worthy" enough to wear nicer clothes because of my size and I feel black makes me look slimmer.
I'm ready to start exercising, i'm a super sedentary person (just like my mom and she's morbid obese, health problems, etc. and if I don't change, I will turn into her)0 -
